Geocache Description:

A fairly easy hike in the University Woods. You can begin this trail at Lot 13 behind the library and under the railroad track.

This cache was placed as a way to promote East Tennessee State University Woods. The University Woods is a place to promote sustainability and conservation on campus as a place for students and locals to go hike, run, or mountain bike. You can enter the trail at Lot 13 near the gazebo. The journey to this cache takes a little longer but is still fairly easy to find. You'll need to continue on the trail past the water tower to find this cache. The trees fallen around this area were pine trees killed by a disease.
