Geocache Description:

A traditional cache, set in a very beautiful place.

This cache is named after the wonderful Nerys Hughes (of Liver Birds fame) and also after my imaginary horse, Nerys.

The cache is a medium to large clip lock box and it is contained in a camouflage bag.

Apart from caching there are lots of things to do around here. There is an abundance of wildlife, especially of the feathered variety and it's a good idea to bring a pair of binoculars. If you wanted to, you could catch the ferry across to Itchenor for refreshments and a look round (timetable before the jetty) or continue walking onto Bosham.

One word of warning. The footpath can be flooded on high spring tides.

When placed the cache contained all sorts of good stuff like batteries, low energy lightbulbs, DVD's etc. Please try and avoid leaving tat and please try and put a few words in the log book other than the awful "TFTC".
