Geocache Description:

Cleaned up and refurbished. Check it out! It's less than a 300 ft. hike from the cattle guard or you can drive to within 30 ft. on the 4-wheel road. Be Careful! Tread Lightly!

This is a Nevada souvenir cache. If you're passing through or coming to visit, stop by and get a momento of Nevada. Leave a souvenir from the place you are from. To get to the vicinity, take Exit 282 from I-80 near the town of Carlin and follow the frontage road on the south side of the freeway (near the river) and go East. Follow it around into Carlin Canyon. This is a very interesting area with a lot to see. Take some time, look around and read the interpretive kiosks.
