Welcome to the Shire. Please find Bilbo's house and sign the log book. There is a writing quill, barter items, and a "First To Find" parchment.
Fallohyde Hobbits, one of three types, generally live in the woods below the Misty Mountains. Bilbo has set up his home in this wooded area away from the human's tall structure.
A darkness has fallen over the land, likely due to Sauron's search of the forest for the Ring. Bilbo is gone on a trek across the Misty Mountains to get help from the elves and dwarves. Please make yourself at home.
There is a nice parking spot for your horse and wagon. Take a break.
