Geocache Description:

Built by sculptor and architect Armando Muñoz Garcia, this building is built in the shape of the top half of a topless mermaid. It is one of the more infamous pieces of architecture in Baja California. Armando has another building at his first residence, near the Tijuana airport, which is a three story high naked woman, and is called Tijuana III Millennium, but is more commonly known as La Mona. I would have posted photos of the cache location but figured it might not be appropriate here.
The cache location is best accessed from the exit just north of Km 50 on the toll road. Immediately after exiting, take the dirt road on your right that leads south off the exit ramp. You will continue south for while, following the road where it winds across a couple of canyons. Let me know if I should add some waypoints to make this cache easier to get to. The cache is a black pill bottle sitting on the ground at the bottom of the concrete power pole across the street.
Inside La Sirena is Armando's studio,, where is he creating various artworks, including many different small versions of La Mona.
