The Apollo Bay Old Cable Station Museum is housed in the Cable Station built in 1936 as the mainland terminal to the first undersea telephone link to Tasmania. The Museum is operated by the Apollo Bay and District Historical Society Inc. It features a large range of memorabilia and assorted items dating back to the early 1900's.
The cache is located in the parking area to the museum. It is a small, plastic tube/jar container with lid - BYO pen. There is enough room for small swaps. Enjoy!
