The Big Green Creepy Crawly!
A fun "cache & dash" for the young at heart. The container is big enough for swaps, TB's etc. Please leave the guardian of the box in his home, only exchange items that are freely removable. We have made our creepy crawly as a stand alone cache but it can easily be incorporated into a short circular walk by continuing along the lane to Lewer Bridge, returning to Hatherleigh via the riverside Ruby Trail. Worth noting that after wet weather this route can be very muddy once off the tarmac.
Enjoy the Ruby countryside and take care when walking the lanes. They are mostly quiet, being part of the National Cycle Route, but local traffic will be encountered.
