The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 59 in Moose Jaw
The Royal Canadian Legion was formed in 1925 with a membership of 50,000. The Legion's commitment to the Remembrance of those who gave their lives for peace and freedom is as valid today as it was then. Today the Legion is one of the largest community service organizations in Canada with more than 400,000 members and approximately 1,600 branches in Canada, the USA and Europe.
As well as service to veterans and the community, the Legion has a strong and continuing commitment in promoting Canada's contribution to world peace, the protection of Canadian sovereignty and the preservation of national unity.
This is a tribute to my grandfather. My grandfather was a brave Navy man who was on the HMCS Prince David who was there on D-Day. During his navy career he served in Normandy, Italy, France and Bermuda. When his career was done he came home. An avid artist he has created many beautiful paintings that now hang inside Branch 59. Make sure you go inside and take a look around and thank a veteran.

You are looking for small cache container with a log only. Please use stealth as not only are you sneaking around elderly people but ex and current Canadian military personnel. They will be on to you if you don’t use stealth. Good luck.
Congratulations to LaDeBA on FTF and Basley_Bunch on STF
