Simple this is the Texas Cache. You will know once you have found it.

I wanted to place this cache somewhere there would be a few more caches to grab. This is the closest area I could come up with that I thought it might survive. There is no pen in this cache so you will need to bring one. There isn't much traffic out here and you can park quite close.
