Historic Greytown Villa
This elegant bay villa is one of two identical, ( but mirror image), bay villas built by Humphries and Sons on one of the original 40 acre blocks in Greytown. When Greytown was originally subdivided as New Zealand's first planned town the land was divided up into small sections lining the main street, known as " Town Acres" and larger 40 acre blocks on the outskirts of the town that were designed to be small farm holdings.
