The Fundy National Park Event weekend is the province's largest event and one of the most popular events every year. This is the 6th year that it will be taking place and it will be slightly different. This year the event to kick off the coin challenge will be on Saturday to allow people to spend two full days in the park exploring and caching. The last two years there has been a campfire event the night before so this year we decided to make it more like a traditional New Brunswick Sunday morning and we are hosting a "get together and cook your own breakfast" style event. The event will take place in the Chignecto south campground at the white shelters #1 and #2.
CachupNB will be cooking pancakes for anyone who wants some, hopefully we can keep up.
Both of these shelters have tables, electricity for an electric griddle and we will have the wood stoves nice and hot to cook on top of as well. All you need to do is bring what ever you need to make your own breakfast if you don't like pancakes. We are going to ask the Park to supply tea and coffee as well.
Hopefully the coins will be available for pick up if you didn't get the caches in time on Saturday.
