There are several parking location. On Cozy Lake Rd at the large pull off and a hike up the hill. Use the 4 birds trail with the Green Pond Rd access site. A Newark Watershed hiking permit is needed in this area.
This is one of thoes locations i had been to once befor and had to go back to hide a cache here. Its a rock top ridge area that has open space and short trees and lots of neat pudding stone scattered about. Its the color and structure of the site that i had remembered.
