When you arrive at the posted coordinates you will be at the Approximate center of a quadrilateral with each corner defined by a familiar urban cache hiding location. All hiding locations are in the landscaping .
The bean has the ability (with the help of future cachers) to teleport to one of these four locations.
After the FTF, not even the owner will know where it is at. But hopefully it will be at one of the four landing points.
After finding it you have a choice: leave it where you found it, or move it to one of the other three locations.
This is a very popular place and extreme stealth should be observed during the search to avoid muggles. So I have rated the difficulty high due to the muggle factor and not the actual find.
