James Keough Park seems to be deserted. The ground is pretty muddy and sloshy on rainy days. When checked online, looks like there is a plan for park improvement in the future. So the cache is placed by the entrance.
Had another cache placed here briefly but had to disable it. The replacement cache turned out slightly different compare to the previous cache style so decided to archive the previous one and start fresh. Retrieve slowly or else the cache will get away.
