Geocache Description:

A small cache in Stewart State Forest.

Stewart State Forest is part of a buffer zone for Stewart International Airport. The NY DEC now controls this land and information can be found here (visit link)

As we were grabbing some caches in Stewart we noticed this nice side trail off of New Road. When we got near GZ we noticed an well sticking up, a sure sign that this land was once a home sight. The well itself was a bit too close to another cache so this cache is nearby. Please rehide as found.
