Medium sized Lock & Lock container, a short bushwhack off the yellow Trail in Sleeping Giant State Park.
I placed this cache in memory of my Father, Marty, in his hometown of Hamden, CT. Original Contents Include: One each English, French, Swedish, Irish, Canadian, and American coins, small candle, pipe tamper, memory card (pun intended!), Travel Bug, scallop shell, and logbook.
The Yellow Trail can be accessed from the main parking, but if you start at Chestnut Ln, parking is free, and you'll pass a nice vista of Quinnipiac University, which Marty attended. You can also access the Yellow Trail from the Dickerman Carriage Road, free parking on Mt. Carmel Rd.
