Hope you enjoy this area as much as I do! Should be a pretty easy park and grab. Could be muddy. Need to watch out for muggles. Busy place when the weather gets nice. Lots of fishermen come to this area.
Last winter I found this place and have walked many miles down here, alone or with some friends. A great place to walk and clear your mind. Asked one of my best friends to come to this location so we could sit and talk last spring. Not realizing she had never been down here. She had never skipped stones before. We spent, what seemed like, hours down here practicing skipping stones and talking. It is what we both needed. While you are here grabbing this cache and possibly a few others, give it a whirl. Let the kid come out and enjoy what mother nature has given us! You have to be better than she was and is with skipping stones. She got a few to skip, but most of them were just thrown into the water...with a kerplunk!
