I am doing a series to showcase some great quotes and offer up some trivia about Yogi Berra. Over the years I have smiled and laughed at many of his quotes, even though he claims, "I never said most of the things I said". So, just who is this Yogi Berra, that's what I hope to share with the series?

Yogi joined the Navy when he was 18 years old, and served in WWII seeing action at D-Day and Omaha beach.
