Casa de Faveri fu un luogo di prima linea tra Piave e Montello quando nel 1917-1918, l’intera sinistra piave fu occupata dall’esercito AustroUngarico. Nel settembre 2012 il sito fu scelto per girare alcune scene del film-documentario “My name is Ernest-Hemingway e l’Italia” che narra le esperienze in Veneto dello scrittore premio nobel per la letteratura
