Simon aka mvyrmnd once tried to request that we no longer put out nano sized caches. Just to spite him, here is a series of nanos for Simon called the S series.
This cache is dedicated to another famous Simon, the lead singer from the band Duran Duran. The cache can be found at S36 04.ABC E146 46.DEF where
Simon meet the fledgling band Duran Duran in 1A80
Rio was released in 198B
Bassist John Taylor left the band in 199C
In 198D Simon Le Bon contributed "Follow In My Footsteps" for the Requiem For The Americas project
Le Bon suffered from a torn vocal cord, the tour was postponed for E weeks while he recovered.
Duran Duran released The Wedding Album in 19F3.
