Geocache Description:

CITO ALONG THE MIGHTY PENOBSCOT
We will join members of the Penobscot County Conservation Association for a clean up.  There are trails to clean, brush to haul, brush to burn, windows to wash and other chores to clean up the grounds.

There will be a table for swapping trackables, the usual log book and of course Geostories.

PCCA is having another clean up day.  I am on the Board of Directors and am sponsoring this CITO event so Geocachers can gather, get a chance to help us and meet the folks who have generously let us use their grounds for cache placements in the past as well as for events.  Who knows, we may get to do some trail work on more land in the future.

It will start at 9A and go as long as possible to get a lot done.  We would welcome you to bring tools (snippers, clippers, rakes, saws, etc) and trash bags.  Also, we have some inside chores like washing windows and building spring cleaning.  There is brush to haul, brush to burn (
Ekidokai is in charge of that but can always use helpers) and stories to tell.

Bring your own lunch and beverage (frig is available) we will have coffee available in the morning.

Usual Geo stuff will happen too.  Difficulty and terrain is based on what you might do. Questions - please just contact me.  Looking forward to a fun time and seeing some old and new faces.

Come help on a CITO!  Oh, and if you want - bring the kids and their fish rod - Children's fishing pond available and ice free!
