Originally built in 1911 by C. Q. Horton from Austin Texas, this bridge spanned the Brushy Creek southeast of Thorndale, Texas for over 88 years.
Workers with Davenport Mammoet of Rosharon, Texas moved the bridge from County Road 440, 25 miles across the county to Wilson Ledbetter Park in Cameron. The bridge becomes a permanent exhibit of the park thanks to the efforts of the Milam County Historical Commission.
You are looking for a small magnetic cache with log only, so BYOP!
