This is a winter friendly cache that should be used as a grid filler for when the weather is not very cooperative. You had better be smiling as you are on camera. The difficulty rating is only because the screws on the skirt are too long and it is a bit difficult to lift.
There is a dollar bill for the First To Find. The trackable "Blaze" is also in the cache with a couple of other swag items for the younger cachers.
