I've been to quite a few event caches now and thought it was about time that I finally organised one myself. This event is being held at The 3 Acres pub, not too far from Haworth and the fantastic St Ives Estate.
The event will be taking place in the barn function room and there will be plenty of room for everyone. It is June so hopefully the snow will have finally gone and if the weather is nice, then there is plenty of outside seating and a nice play area for the mini cachers. There's also plenty of car parking available.
Please order food from the menu on a first come, first served basis. The menu is available from the pub website
If you haven't been caching in the area before then there are many excellent trails and locations nearby. I would highly recommend Peter & Di's series in the area (On Yer Doorstep, Thornton Moor, Leeming Loop) or the Biffa's caches in St Ives Estate.
I know we have a few visitors in the area that weekend so I'm hoping we will have more than usual number of reviewers coming along to the event. Make sure you come armed with really tricky questions about hiding caches
