This cache will walk you around beautiful Boulware Springs park

The posted coords take you to the parking lot of this park. You should be able to see a bench from the parking lot, it is a memorial bench in memory of men who lost their lives in the line of duty. Use the posted coords to help you solve this puzzle. Once you arrive at the bench you must answer the following questions and use simple math to obtain your next set of coords.
1. How many men is the bench in memory of? Multiply this number by 18 and add 2. Call this J
2. Add the last two digits of the year Roy passed away to the last two digits of the year Eugene passed away. Subtract 39 from this and divide by 2. Call this D
