Growing up, every time we went to the farm to spend time with family and the many animals, my brothers and I would race to see who could see the sign for our family's farm first. To this day, every time we go up there someone still yells, "I saw it first," with a huge smile on their face!
We have always loved going to the farm no matter the occasion. Most of our childhood memories involve one of the many great people there. We can say, from personal experience, when you get there, you never want to leave! There is nothing better than listening to old firehouse stories from Uncle Dave, Aunt Lee hugs, and even the many dunks in the water trough from Howie. All the fun times with the animals and the countless wagon rides are just icing on the cake.
This is private property but we were given permission to place this cache. Please be respectful, daylight hours only, and there is no need to go any further than the gate on the drive. Please stay away from all fences as they are electrified (except the one in the yard by the carriage house), unless it is Wednesday. No admission will need to be paid to retrieve the cache.
