Vila Nova da Rainha é uma vila e freguesia portuguesa do concelho da Azambuja. A Freguesia tem 24,06 km² de área e 926 habitantes (2011). A localidade foi elevada a vila em 12 de Julho de 2001.
Durante muito tempo esta vila foi conhecida como "A terra das três mentiras". Apesar de se chamar "Vila Nova da Rainha" não era vila, não era nova, e não era da rainha.
Foi nesta localidade que Nuno Álvares Pereira se casou, acontecimento esse mostrado por uma placa na frente da igreja. Existe próximo da igreja um largo com o nome e uma estátua do Condestável.
