Terás a oportunidade de passar por vegetação diversa e experienciar a dificuldade do antigamente quando este percurso era utilizado para ligar as populações do Jardim da Serra, Santana e São Vicente. O percurso para a localização desta cache poderá ser iniciado pelo Caminho Real da Encumeada e quando chegar á Boca do Cerro escolher o caminho para o Curral, em que depois irá passar pelo Eirado (zona que se encontra a cache), passando posteriormente no Colmeal e finalizando na Fajã Escura (Curral das Freiras). Ou poderá seguir pelo caminho inverso, o que demonstrará ser fisicamente mais exigente, mas o qual recomendo caso chegando á cache queira voltar para trás. Terá de efectuar um desvio do trilho em que será altamente recomendado extrema cautela e que seja acompanhado por outra ou outras pessoas. O princípio do desvio poderá ser um pouco vertiginoso mas depois torna-se num sítio com algum espaço. Aconselha-se que esta cache apenas seja efectuada com bom tempo para que possa desfrutar da paisagem e efectuar a sua aproximação com segurança.
You will have the opportunity to go through diverse vegetation and genuinely experience the difficulty of the past when this route was used to connect people from Jardim da Serra, Santana and São Vicente. The path to the location of this cache can be initiated by the Caminho Real da Encumeada and when you come to the Boca do Cerro choose the path to the Curral, which will then go through Eirado (zone which is the cache), and afterwards passing in Colmeal ending at Fajã Escura (Curral das Freiras). Or you can go the opposite way, which prove to be more physically demanding, but which I recommend if you want to do the cache and come back. You must make a detour of the trail that will be highly recommended extreme caution and to be accompanied by another or others. The deviation from the trail may be a bit steep but then becomes a site with some space. It is advised that this cache is only made with good weather so you can enjoy the scenery and make your approach in security.
