A series of caches hidden to celebrate the locations of Scout Groups that have existed in Keirawarra (Scout) District (Helensburgh to Mount Kembla). It is 90 years this year (2013) since the opening of the first Scout Groups in the Wollongong Districts.
1st and 2nd Balgownie Scout Group Headquarters - 3 Barker Street Balgownie.
This Hall has been the home of both the 1st and 2nd Balgnownie Scout Groups. As their numbers dwindled, the two Groups merged. Today they are simply known as Balgownie Scout Group, the only Group in the District to not have a number prefix.
The Group currently consists of a Joey Mob, Cub Pack, Scout Troop and Venturer Unit.
