A series of caches hidden to celebrate the locations of Scout Groups that have existed in Keirawarra (Scout) District (Helensburgh to Mount Kembla). It is 90 years this year (2013) since the opening of the first Scout Groups in the Wollongong Districts.
1st East Corrimal Scout Group Headquarters - 42 Thalassa Avenue East Corrimal.
This Scout Group closed down twenty years ago. One of Hoojar's first ever Scout activities was to come here, there was an open day and every Scout Group in the District was invited to come and take what they wanted of the Group's equipment before the rest was discarded and the Hall demolished.
The Hall was on Council land. When it was knocked down, green space was left, and remains undeleveloped by Council to this day
