The concrete canal of Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park was once a vital part of the neighbourhood's drainage system and allowed water to flow through from Kallang River. When works began to transform the canal to a meandering river, the concrete was cut into slabs and stacked to form Recycle Hill.

This was a deliberate effort to preserve a part of the park's history, and reuse the concrete in a creative way. Perched on the hill is a sculpture, "An Enclosure for a Swing", uniquely created to represent the fusion of nature and design.

This is the CITO 2013 @SG cache.
 Thank you all who attended the event.

Cache is a camouflaged Lock&Lock container containing a logbook and some swags.
Place may be muggly at times so please practice stealth, and hide the cache back carefully.
