Geocache Description:

THIS CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES. To find the cache, go to the posted coordinates and project a waypoint at 126 degrees for 18 meters.

This is a micro hidden in Lake Aquitaine Park.   Stay awhile and explore the walkway all around the lake.

The cache was originally hidden at the posted coordinates, but the area turned into a busy place for teens to hang out and run around. In order to keep the terrain level at 2.5, instead of moving the cache coordinates with the cache, I've turned it into projection. You'll still have to climb the hill to the original GZ to make the projection, hence keeping the 2.5 rating.

January 31 2013 was a bitter cold day, but I went out at lunch to fill up my 366 grid.  I targetted GC1WT2J, "W is for Winter Friendly"...a cache by Spyddercat.  After finding the cache and signing the log, I dropped half of the micro in the deep snow and try as I might, I couldn't find it again.  I replaced the cache for spyddercat and labeled myself as a bonehead.  Fast forward to April, and the snow was gone, so I revisited and found the casing that I dropped.

So..I'm recycling this cache now and it's hidden again.  When you find it, be careful....don't drop it...especially if there's snow on the ground.

If you're here on a hot summers day, bring swimwear for the kids. The splashpad is very close by.

Update: May 2/13 The original Spyddie cache lasted for four finds but was dropped on it's fifth find. A search and rescue team had no luck finding it and the cache was disabled.
Update: May 3/13 The original nano cache has been replaced with a regular sized micro. The top of the original container is attached to the new container. After you find the cache take a couple minutes and see if you can spot the other half of the lost container. I'm posting a reward of a $5 Timmies Card if you can find the bottom.
Update: Aug 1 2014 The cache seems to be missing, complete with the top to Spyddie's original cache. I have replaced it with a new one and a fresh log.

CONGRATULATIONS to my good buddy FLINHI who was "flyin hi" after making the FTF!
