Geocache Description:

This is the first of a series of Falls geocaches in the region.

Placed at the bottom of these beautiful falls.

Browns Falls is a short 10-15m waterfall that also plunges over a basalt wall.

Start the GPS tracking from the carpark, GPS reception at the cache can be VERY poor! (I have had some trouble with the co-ords, however the hints should help.) The walk is signposted as 600m , and a 20 min walk. Allow more time than that though , as the track becomes vague in parts, and required some scrambling over rocks to get to the falls. Following the creek upstream will find you at the falls, you CANNOT miss them.
This is accessable for children, however please keep an eye on them around the creek. It may be advisable not to wear your best shoes, as they are likely to get wet!

Cache container is a camo container, containing a few swappables and a prize for the FTF.(if you are getting very wet from the falls you have gone too far!)

A picnic area and car park is right across the road next to a tunnel from the trailhead and sign (about 2.4km east of Killarney Rd along Spring Creek Rd).
