Every time I drive by this, I think of this tiny place as an island in the middle of concrete. No beaches or sunbathers, though.
This shouldn't be too hard of a find. Stealth is warranted at times, though, especially on Sundays and Wednesdays as the nearby church can be quite busy at times! Also, take the time to notice the "wire through the tree" formation on the west side of this island. Be careful with children as 20th Street in this area can be quite busy. There is parking along the street and parking in the nearby parking lot.
