I'm archiving this listing as it has been reported that cachers seeking the cache are damaging a neighborhood garden area.
Looking at photos, it sounds like the area that the cache is in has suffered some substantial damage, likely due to the cache itself.

The cache has been removed by the garden caretakers.
I have archived this cache.
