This cache is memory of all the old one room schools in central Oregon. Inside the lock box is the key to the cache. The combination is found in the description text. Please relock the cache and return the key to the lock box and scramble the combination for the next geo cacher. This cache is on private property with permission from the owner. No need to enter the property to find the cache.
In the early twentieth century, many communities had their local one-room schoolhouse. This cache is a semi-copy of one local school from 1919. This would be typical for many of the central and eastern Oregon schools where students would travel from miles around to receive their education. This is a large cache able to accommodate any size travel bug. This cache starts with one TB and toys for the kids. One dollar for first to find.
