21-Gun Salute!! An early morning wake up!

For a while, when I first came to America, my family lived in a parsonage right by a graveyard. Memorial Day came, our first year living there, and I was jolted out of bed by a 21-gun salute for veterans at the graveyard. It took sometime  before my heart stopped racing. This location has a special memorial for all the veterans who have fought for this country. 

At the listed cords, you are looking for a veteran who fought in Korea in the US Army.  Use the information on this plaque to find the real location of the cache.
ABCD - birth year
EFGH - year of death

North coordinates - N 40 08.660 - (A + B + C + D)
