Long Furlong Loop a favourite run, walk or run from Nibbin
The run/ walk/ride starts from the Long Furlong community centre car park in North Abingdon, near our house. I suggest you pick up ninotori 2 which is close by and Hazel’s Emergency and Dunmore Road’s Oasis of Calm on your way to cache number one. The circular route leaves Abingdon towards Wotton and passes through Sunningwell and back to Long Furlong and is 3.5 miles long.
There are no hints offered – but is too many DNFs are recorded I will add hints. These are none of the ‘takeaway carton thrown in a hedge’ type caches and please replace them carefully to protect them. This fifth cache is near a Troll hidey hole – trip trap! But the trolls are away and have a useless useful thing!! under the bridge! All our caches are pain free - we cannot bear scrabbling through countless ivy bushes/trees - or getting stung, scratched or torn to shreds for pleasure and the title will tell you all you need to know about finding the cache – so read it carefully.
