Welcome to Great Grimsby! This is the first cache you will find at end of the motorway as you enter the town. We have a large density of caches here as the caching community is very active here - so enjoy.
Grimsby is a seaport on the Humber Estuary in North East Lincolnsire. According to legend, Grimsby was first founded in the 9th century by Grim, a Danish fisherman. The town has a population of 87,574.
We thought as we pass this area every day to and from our workplace and visit the play area and eating establishment close by we would put a cache here to give parents something to do while the kids are busy/with the kids or can be done as a drive by. The cache is a small container hidden along a cycle route, you do not need to be on the roundabout to access it. Please park sensibly. We suggest taking the first left off the motorway and parking along the Estate Road No. 1. PLEASE DO NOT POST PHOTOS OF THE CACHE - any logs with photos will be deleted! Thank you
