This cache is located on the Marion Davis Trail - almost near the top.
We named it this because the cache was actually placed on May 14 2011 when my cousin was up from Florida - he placed it but never got around to publishing it. Today my sister and I (WillsFamily) and our families came out for a hike and decided to see if it was still there and if it was in good shape. Surpisingly almost two years later - the cache was in excellent shape in a well protected spot. We decided to keep it in place and get it published, hence the title - forgotten but not lost....
