Our first foray into hiding some caches. This is a circuit just under 5 miles, based on the walk Wolverton Walkabout in “Walks in the Parish 2007” published by Baughurst Parish Council. There are 8 caches along the route. There are a couple of road stretches, particularly part of the route between number 6 and 7, then 7 and 8 – take care with children and dogs.
Parking is in the carpark for the Playing Fields at Wolverton.
You leave Ramsdell Road at the side of Townsend Lodge which has unusual brick and flint walls, with The Forge adjacent to it. You're looking for a 6" tube cannister. Bring a pen.
