This is the first of a monthly series that will appear on CSI. I plan to make each of them a bit of a challenge. This one is on the site that once was a large wharf known as T Wharf.
I am rating this as difficult as it is hard to get to and requires some effort. Low tide would be the best time to attempt this cache.
Be careful.
Because this cache has been underwater a few times on high tides, I have placed a second container near the first that is a bit higher.
