This is on the edge of an undeveloped section of the hill in Factoria and doesn't require going on the private property of Morgan Manner.
When you drive up you will see some boats where the road ends. The cache isn't located at the boats, but if you walk on the path next to the boats you will come to the intersection where you can go on to the next complex, left up the hill to a neighborhood, or right and go down to the mall. Before geocaching we use to find routes around the area to walk up and down the hill. Street parking is close by and this is more like a park and grab since the trails don't really go anywhere interesting.
