This cache is located off the bike trail that goes from MCC to Veterans Acres, though it is accessible from a nearby parking lot if you’re not biking. I pass by this location all the time on my way to volleyball and figured it could use a cache. Stealth may be required. The tears should be caused by a reason other than a DNF. Please make sure the container is closed properly and hidden as well as or better than found. Good luck.
