Wagon Wheel Park is a well-known local swimming hole for those hot summer days. During that time your muggle activity is going to be crazy but hopefully they are all more concerned with getting in the river...which is nowhere near the GZ. The rest of the time this should prove to be a super easy cache with limited muggle appearances.
