This is nothing to do with International Star Wars Day but the tenth cache of fourteen on a walk set a year ahead to imbed in your minds the date of the Kent Mega Event which is planned for 4th May 2014 at the Paddock Wood Hop Farm. For further details and registration please go to the related web site at the top of this page or www.kentmega.co.uk .
The walk is flat and about 4km long, takes in farmland around Little Mill and Snoll Hatch near East Peckham and a good section of it follows the south bank of the river Medway so be careful with children and dogs.
The size and nature of the caches are varied and there is one other cache, Medway Micro (GC1N30Y) set by the Myrtle Terriers along the route. Please note that I. on the walk is a Multi-Cache so you will need access to the simple formula found on that cache page to calculate the final location.
The start of the route is North-West of the Hop farm itself so don't simply head to the Hop Farm to start the walk.
The walk can be done in any order but the alphabetical order suggested is recommended. Please take care on the road between caches D. and E. as there is no pavement for a short part of this section.
