A series of caches about people who have a connection with the Isle of Wight.
 
 
I was born on the Island.
I set up my own business at the age of 21.
I designed a lifeboat to rescue aircrew or mariners.
I was an eccentric with lots of ideas which were not always appreciated...


To find the cache, answer the following:
 
1. The year I was born - ABCD
 
2. The length of the lifeboat - EF
 
3. I crossed the Channel on an open boat, with a crew of 9 youth. Length of the boat minus 2 - GH
