Newport Park Cache Traditional Cache

The container is small, with room for only a few small trinkets.  Please bring your own pen.  FTF Prize is a Loonie, enough for a 99 cent coffee at one of the local establishments. 

This cache is located along one of Burlington’s Bicycle Trails, just outside of Newport Park off of Headon Forest Drive.  Parking is available at the park, bring your bike and explore the area, and try some of the other local caches.  Good family caching.  Please make sure to replace the container where found, so it will be safe for other cachers.  This can be a high traffic area in the summer, and may flood during storm surges, or spring runoff.    

The original container was one of four containers the Bug Finders received at a CITO event at Silver Lake in Port Dover, for Earth Day on April 20, 2013. The replacement container is a child proof pill bottle.
