This will bring you to the large picnic area at Interstate Park. Lots of room to do things here, shelters to reserve, and a nice place to launch your boat onto Lake of the Dalles or the St. Croix River. Cache is of regular size and should be accessible most time of the year. Since this area can be pretty busy in the warm weather months, please use stealth as needed and rehide well.
Daily or yearly park sticker required. Park hours are 6am-11pm.

About Interstate State Park
Interstate is Wisconsin's oldest state park, established in 1900. Located along the picturesque St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, the park provides scenic views of the river and the steep-sided gorge known as the Dalles of the St. Croix. The Ice Age Interpretive Center features a film, photographs, murals, and information about the great glaciers. There are over 9 miles of hiking trails in the park, many which take you through scenic State Natural Areas.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the park manager at Interstate State Park. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager. The DNR Notification form and land manager information can be obtained at the Wisconsin DNR website.
