Break Time Traditional Cache

This cache is located along a trail just south of The Smith Property trail and north of Starkey Hill Conservation Area. It's a very quiet, peaceful walk from Arkell road to the cache. Parking is located on Arkell, just east of the conservation area. The terrain rating reflects the fact that if parking on Arkell and walking in from that trail head, there is a steep slope to climb that may be difficult during the winter months.
After having recently discovered this trail thanks to other geocaches placed in the area, I decided to leave a few of my own here for others to find and enjoy. This has become a favourite spot for my dogs and I to walk. My springer spaniel runs like crazy through the zig-zagging trail, while my two older guys (13 years old at the time of this cache placement!) walk a little more slowly alongside me. This cache is placed at a spot in the trail where they needed a little break before continuing. It's a small, camouflaged container with room for small trade items - BYOP. Stop and sit here for a moment and enjoy the QUIET. We did.
